- Once a client receives a completed project, he/she should make a complaint within 72 hours in case of observing discrepancies.
- Client’s complaints are taken extremely seriously by our quality assurance (QA) team who is responsible to make our clients feel full satisfaction.
- In case of some negative observations in the paper, clients are given free revision services as many as three times without any additional amount at all.
- It is responsibility of the clients to give absolutely clear instructions so the work can be carried out without any doubts.
Timely Completion and Delivery of Work
- As a professional service provider, it becomes our ultimate responsibility to complete and deliver work in time and we always do it. However, sometimes clients hide their contact information or mistakenly give false or wrong information such as contact number and email address and in such situations, we do not take the responsibility as it falls upon client.

Violation of Terms & Conditions

Ordering Rules
- Customer who is ordering must use his/her own credit card or PayPal account. 3rd Party payments are not allowed.
- Customer must provide valid and readable Photo ID that could be (Driving License, Passport, and National ID).
- Name of payer must be same as his/her PHOTO ID.
We will not deliver order until we have valid proof of ID and we reserve the rights to cancel the order same time and refund your complete payment if you fail to provide us identification.
